Position Summary: The Product & Technology Organization at HealthTrust defines and implements solutions that empower our customers, suppliers, and business partners to realize savings and drive improved clinical outcomes. Major Responsibilities:
- Work primarily as a Front-End developer helping to build out our SaaS products and offerings
- Serve as a resource and guide for browser based front end development
- Work across teams to ensure consistency through creating and sharing components, style guides, etc.
- Work closely with UI/UX, Product, and QA to ensure smooth creation to release of front-end updates
- Assist other full stack developers throughout the entire code base when needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Development skills with Typescript, Angular, Vue, .NET Core, or other applicable languages
- Experience with ETL processes or Analytics/Reporting applications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Development experience with Microsoft SQL or Postgres
- Experience in developing modern, scalable applications
- Strong initiative, self-motivated, and able to drive results with minimal guidance
- Comfortable with uncertainty, ambiguity, and change
- Ability to proficiently handle tasks independently
- A professional, relaxed, and enthusiastic attitude
- Pragmatic focus on delivering business value, with a relentless focus on creating and measuring outcomes

- Licenses & Certifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings or nights, in the case of emergencies or natural disasters
- Ability to coordinate afterhours work with both internal staff and outside vendors, while working in an active hospital
- Strong problem-solving abilities, time management skills, with an attention to detail, and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to maintain focus while working individually
- Ability to reference facility blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary and divulge meaningful information to appropriate technicians, contractors, etc.
- Proficient in major Microsoft office suite applications as well as CMMS software.
