We are seeking two experienced Full Stack Engineers to join our growing development team, with a primary focus on backend engineering using Node.js and React on the front end. You will be working on RIVR , our custom-built, internal candidate application tracking system , supporting new feature development, system integrations, and application performance enhancements. This is a backend-heavy role ideal for developers who are comfortable with scalable API development, system architecture, and efficient data handling, while still able to contribute to front-end components using modern React frameworks.

Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js Develop and maintain a responsive front end using React , ensuring integration with backend services Participate in architecture planning, performance tuning, and system design discussions Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, and stakeholders to implement new features in the RIVR application Ensure robust integration with internal systems and third-party platforms Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code with proper testing and version control Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production and development issues Follow best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment pipelines

Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in full stack application development Strong backend development experience using Node.js Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript Hands-on experience with React for front-end development Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs Solid understanding of relational databases and data modeling Experience with version control systems like Git (GitHub or GitLab) Understanding of authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, etc.) Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Python , especially for data processing or integration tasks Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker ) and modern dev environments Experience integrating third-party services and APIs
