ManTech seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Southlands, Colorado . This position is part of a mission-focused team that supports the development and enhancement of software systems that disseminate critical data across the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Review and test software components to ensure quality and performance Resolve software issues and defects efficiently and effectively Analyze user requirements to derive system-level and software specifications Implement new features or enhancements in existing software systems Integrate software with modified or new operating environments Develop and execute test procedures for software validation Monitor system performance to ensure operational effectiveness Coordinate software installations and support operational readiness Select development processes in collaboration with customers and system engineering Enforce quality control across all developed or modified software products

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 14+ years of relevant experience; an additional 4 years of relevant experience might be considered for a degree Experience with software analysis, design, development, and debugging Experience with documentation practices and development process improvements Experience with software integration and operational system deployment Experience with test planning, execution, and validation procedures

Security Clearance Requirements: Must possess a current and active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time Frequent use of computer systems and standard office equipment Regular communication with team members, managers, and customers, including presenting technical material as needed
