Job Details
Responsibilities:
* Contribute and lead a team of engineers responsible for validation, characterization, and release-to-production of MEMS-based products. * Interface with cross-functional teams, vendors, and manage projects across different sites. * Work with MEMS and circuit design teams to evaluate new silicon and recommend design improvements for enhanced performance. * Plan and execute device verification and characterization. * Design, develop, and validate PCB test platforms and firmware to enable automated data acquisition & analysis. * Develop and transfer algorithms to final test and production environments. * Perform engineering failure analysis to root cause product issues. * Innovate and prototype system architectures and new technologies for next-generation products.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in the productization of semiconductor sensor-based devices * MS or PhD in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Exceptional candidates with other backgrounds will be considered. * Experience leading engineering project teams and creating and executing verification and characterization plans. * Strong, fundamental knowledge of mixed signal circuits. * Hands-on experience with electronics lab instrumentation. Prior experience with metrology systems for evaluating timing parameters is preferred but not required. * Excellent programming skills and prior experience with MATLAB and/or Python. * Strong Statistical Analysis
