What will you be doing?

  • Lead the development of advanced PCBA test plans to ensure our electrical systems are tested for unmatched efficiency and reliability.
  • Design and oversee automated tests and equipment that guarantee excellent product performance and exceed quality standards.
  • Leverage your analytical skills to troubleshoot failures and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with our design team to streamline products for easier manufacturing and testing, enhancing creativity and efficiency.
  • Establish strong partnerships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure a smooth transition from prototype to production.
  • Mentor junior engineers by sharing your expertise on testing methods and best practices to improve our manufacturing processes.

What are the minimum qualifications?

  • Bachelors in Electrical Engineering.
  • Over 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, specializing in PCBA and OEM product manufacturing and testing.
  • Expertise in developing PCBA test plans and automated testing processes.
  • Strong background in electrical testing, failure analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with Pogo Pin Based Electronic Test Fixtures.
  • Proficient with electrical design and testing tools, such as oscilloscopes and multimeters.
  • Knowledgeable about PCBA manufacturing processes and assembly standards.
  • Experience with contract manufacturers to ensure efficient production.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Skilled in mentoring junior engineers and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Familiar with industry standards and regulations like UL and CE.

What will make your rsum stand out?

  • Skilled in Altium and Allegro for electrical layouts.
  • Proficient in LabVIEW and C/C++/C#.
  • Experienced in high-reliability product design for automotive, aerospace, and medical devices, with familiarity in FPGA and embedded systems.
