What We Are Looking For:
Be part of the next decacorn and have stake in it
Develop a cutting-edge AI platform that automates workflows and leverages advanced ML techniques, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (Rag)
Pioneer AI-powered solutions for healthcare and other critical challenges
Design, code, and debug complex backend applications focusing on performance and reliability
Impact early technical decisions shaping the platform for hypergrowth
Collaborate with teams and customers to deliver scalable solutions
What You'll Need To Be The Founding ML Engineer:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
5+ years in machine learning and software development
Proficiency with Python and ML libraries as listed above
Experience deploying ML models in production
Passion for technology and innovation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
Experience as a founder or early employee in a venture-backed startup is highly preferred
