We are seeking a skilled Hotel Engineer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanics and maintenance, with a focus on hotel maintenance. This role involves overseeing operations, maintenance and repair of hotel facilities including mechanical, electrical, plumbi8ng, HVAC and safety systems.

*Duties* * Perform regular maintenance and repairs within the building, including plumbing and HVAC/R units. * Respond to guest requests in a timely manner to ensure efficient resolution to any engineering complaints. * Conduct inspections/preventative maintenance using tools. * Collaborate with other engineers and maintenance personnel to develop solutions for mechanical issues. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols within the facility.

*Qualifications* * Proven experience in hotel engineering. * Familiarity with HVAC/R, plumbing, painting, or electric systems is preferred. * Ability to operate industrial equipment safely. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
