About the Role:

As an Imaging Service Engineer II (ISE II), you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a variety of imaging systems in a hospital setting. You'll be responsible for supporting Cath Lab, C-arm, Ultrasound, and other diagnostic imaging equipment. Your expertise ensures our clinical teams can deliver safe and efficient patient care every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate a broad range of diagnostic imaging equipment and devices
  • Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
  • Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
  • Manage parts procurement and service budget as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in imaging equipment service and repair
  • Strong working knowledge of Cath Lab, C-arm, and Ultrasound systems
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while managing multiple service requests
