We’re looking for a Technical Process / Project Engineer with a deep knowledge of Understanding and Improving Production Cycle Time.
Quality Principles in the TS16949 Automotive Space and New Product Launch . Spanish fluency is a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities: Lead New Product / Project Programs for Stamped Metal Parts Collaborate with Customers, Production and Engineering Teams Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Determine Effective Counter Measures Support Prototype Builds and Program Launches Champion New Equipment Installations for Technical Assembly Knowledge of Fanuc Robots or Robotics is a Plus! Help Advise New Program Launches Assign work to Junior Engineers and Track Progress Manage Overall Project Goals and KPI’s Maintain Program Budget’s Must have Excellent Reporting Capability and Methodology
✅ Requirements: Automotive experience Preferred with (PPAP, APQP, AIAG, Stamping Die’s), understanding of TS16949 Bachelor’s degree with 1 -3 years in Process / Manufacturing Engineering Strong Communication, Analysis, and Problem-Solving Skills CAD/SolidWorks, MS Project Spanish Fluency is a PLUS Knowledge in Improving Upon Cycle Rates is a MUST! BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering or Equivalent Experience
