Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering or a related technical field (., software engineering, systems engineering, or cybersecurity). 5+ years of hands-on experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies, including CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, SailPoint, and related credential management tools. 5+ years of experience designing and implementing secure systems and applications, including API integrations and credential vaulting. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), DevSecOps practices, and Agile methodologies. Proven experience in architectural design, planning, and implementation of security solutions at scale. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in regulated industries, particularly financial services, with a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. Demonstrated ability to assess complex security challenges, make data-driven decisions, and implement scalable solutions. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Experience developing and integrating identity governance solutions, including reporting and analytics. Familiarity with virtual directory services, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and modern identity protocols. Ability to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
