This position is responsible for providing administration, operational support, and engineering services of all non-production and production virtual infrastructure environments to our internal customers. The role will include hardware support with on-call responsibilities. Other needs include handling incident resolution and issues escalated by vendors; transitioning knowledge from design / build teams. Handling operational vendor performance management. Change management will be utilized for all services. NOTE:This hybrid role is located in CHICAGO, IL, Waukegan, IL or RICHARDSON, TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available. Required Job Qualifications: * Bachelor degree and 2 years in Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 4 year Information Technology experience OR 6 years Information Technology experience. * Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework * Knowledge of ITSM systems * Knowledge of all Infrastructure technologies, including monitoring and event management technologies * Experience with UC/Collaboration and Executive Support, including mobile devices (laptops, tablets, handheld) * Experience with Broadcom VCF SAN and Nutanix AHV hyperconverged platforms. * Experience with Automation, CICD, Scripting, Storage, Middleware, including Server, OS, Virtualization, and Container technologies. * Experience with Network, Voice, Call Center and Network (data and voice) technologies * Supplier management * Infrastructure hardware support and engineering experience of Dell, HP, or Cisco technologies. * Continuous improvement * Incident management * Knowledge of required technologies (incl 3rd party solutions) * Problem Management / RCA * Customer service oriented * Adaptability and ability to introduce / manage change * Drive conflict management in high pressure situations * Performance / metrics-driven decision making Preferred Job Qualifications : * Bachelor degree in relevant field (IT, Engineering) or equivalent career experience * ITSM/CMDB application experience with ServiceNow * Oral/written communication skills * Microsoft Suite of products * Broadcom VMware VCF and SRM experience * Nutanix AHV, DR and Prism Central experience * Kubernetes and Ansible experience * Aria operations experience * Cisco UCS and Intersight Platform administration * HPE OneView and Synergy platform administration * DevOps tools experience with GitHub, and other applications * PowerShell and other scripting language experience #INCR #LI-BS1 #LI-Hybrid Are you being referred to one of our roles? $60,300.00 - $133,400.00
