Responsibilities: Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all network infrastructure issues at Global sites to be specified.
Manage and resolve Incidents, Changes, Problems, and Service Requests related to network operations for both sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve network and security incidents involving technologies such as WAN/SDWAN, LAN/SDLAN, Firewalls, IPS/IDS, and F-LTM.
Lead and support technical troubleshooting and changes on Nexus devices
Plan and implement network changes in accordance with established technical stack standards.
Act as a technical escalation point for site contacts and cross-functional support teams.
Review and approve SOPs and knowledge base articles to maintain operational excellence and documentation accuracy.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Managers for business-specific network needs and participate in OEM/ISP performance reviews.
Lead and support technical initiatives and remediation activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise network strategy.
Perform network performance assessments and implement improvements based on design and security best practices.
Engage in high-severity incidents alongside the GEV DOC to drive rapid resolution.
Provide on-call support during off-hours and weekends for critical outages.
Demonstrate advanced domain knowledge, a strong customer focus, and expertise in ITIL-based service management processes (Incident, Change, Problem, and Service Request management).
