Join Oracle CSS as a Lead Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in empowering enterprise customers to leverage the Oracle AI Data Platform . In this advanced position, you will design, implement, support, and operationalize cutting-edge, cloud-native data architectures that facilitate high-performance analytics, Generative AI, and scalable machine learning solutions. Your expertise will help us maintain robust, secure, and high-efficiency data solutions tailored for diverse industry-specific workflows across a global clientele. You will drive the data integration, transformation, and delivery process, ensuring high-quality data flows that lead to intelligent and industry-focused results. Responsibilities Design, implement, and support comprehensive data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines utilizing:
OCI Data Lakehouse Services, including Object Storage, Lakehouse, and Autonomous Data Warehouse.
Real-Time Data Movement technologies such as Oracle GoldenGate, OCI Streaming, and Kafka-compatible services.
Data Integration & Orchestration tools like OCI Data Integration, Data Flow (Apache Spark), and Data Catalog.
Implement and manage distributed data processing patterns, including ELT, event-driven streaming, and micro-batch frameworks.
Utilize advanced performance engineering techniques encompassing partitioning, indexing, caching, and adaptive query optimization.
Create secure and compliant data environments that integrate IAM, Vault, KMS, VCN security, and data governance regulations.
Generate model-ready datasets through feature engineering pipelines, metadata standardization, and lineage automation.
Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for pipeline failures, optimize pipeline SLAs, and ensure observability via OCI Logging & Monitoring.
Collaborate with customer architects and Oracle product teams to drive the adoption of AI-powered data capabilities.
Manage and manipulate large blobs of time series data effectively.
Develop batch process code in Python, with a strong understanding of dataframes.

The hiring range in USD is from $96,800 to $223,400 per annum, with the possibility of bonus and equity.
