Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer Lead for our Tactical Systems Department. In this role, you will lead the development of vetronics (vehicle electronics) products designed for Department of Defense applications. Responsibilities
Lead a team of six electrical engineers in the tactical systems department as they develop new products. Assist the electrical engineering team with circuit design and provide suggestions for improvement. Oversee products throughout the entire product lifecycle. Essential Skills
10+ years of experience in electrical engineering. Proficiency in circuit design, preferably mixed signal, but open to analog and digital. Experience with full product lifecycle management. Familiarity with ITAR compliance (. Citizen or Green Card Holder). Proficiency in Altium Designer. Experience with avionics, vetronics, and embedded electronics. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to write embedded C code. Project management experience. Experience with avionics or vetronics (vehicle electronics). Experience in developing embedded electronics firmware. Experience managing a team. Experience in designing and troubleshooting microcontrollers and FPGA-based systems. Programming experience with microcontrollers in C, and firmware with VHDL or Verilog. Experience with environmental and EMI/EMC qualification testing per MIL standards. Experience with SBIR programs and military vehicle integration. Experience in field support and developing/managing CONOPS. Work Environment

The pay range for this position is $76.00 - $98.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
