We are looking for a proficient remote Lead Mobile DevOps Engineer to enhance our mobile application development procedures. The role involves automating and optimizing our CI/CD pipelines, ensuring swift deployment cycles across Android and iOS platforms. The successful candidate should be proficient in Bitrise, Fastlane, GitHub, and Datadog, and possess the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to incorporate new features and tests into automated pipelines. Responsibilities

Ongoing upkeep and progression of CI/CD pipelines through Bitrise and GitHub Oversight and execution of release protocols via Google Play Console for Android and TestFlight and App Connect for iOS applications Employment of Fastlane for automated build and release procedures, enhancing deployment and testing Integration and routine maintenance of Datadog for application monitoring Partnership with development teams for the integration of new features and tests into automated pipelines Monitoring of live app performance and optimization via continuous feedback from Datadog and other monitoring instruments Guaranteeing adherence to all digital security protocols during build and release procedures Documentation of the CI/CD process and periodic updates to ensure utilization of current practices and tools Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the CI/CD pipelines to minimize downtime and enhance deployment process efficiency Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Mobile DevOps Engineer Demonstrated history of leading and guiding a team of engineers Proficiency in Bitrise, Fastlane, and GitHub Experience in the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications Capability to work in tandem with development teams to incorporate new features and tests into automated pipelines Comprehensive understanding of digital security protocols and the ability to ensure compliance during build and release processes Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities to lessen downtime and boost deployment efficiency Nice to have
