As a valued colleague on our team, you will act as a technical leader in operations engineering, driving improvements in cloud-hosted application support and operational efficiency. You will collaborate across teams to enhance system reliability and performance while supporting mission-critical applications. The Lead Operations Engineer - Enterprise Technology Operations role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Lead execution of operational priorities by assessing objectives and coordinating across teams and systems.
Develop and evaluate operational solutions, including cost estimation and impact analysis.
Drive process redesigns to improve quality and efficiency across multiple systems and products.
Translate research and analysis into actionable insights for system design and modification.
Implement essential changes in cloud environments and provide technical support for application releases.
Monitor cloud-hosted environments and recommend governance enhancements.
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences 4 years of experience in Production Support
Experience supporting AWS Cloud Platforms
Experience with automation frameworks
Proven ability to support mission-critical applications in an on-call setting
Desired Experiences 3+ years of experience supporting Cloud Infrastructure
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

The hiring range for this role is set forth below. Final salaries will generally vary within that range based on factors that include but are not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and other relevant qualifications.
