Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary technical interface for key industrial and municipal customers, providing expert guidance on water treatment applications. Design and optimize system configurations using membranes, resins, and filtration technologies tailored to customer needs. Support the commercial team during pre-sales activities with technical insights, performance modeling, and proposal development. Lead technical troubleshooting, performance audits, and optimization efforts for installed systems. Collaborate with R&D, product management, and manufacturing teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Deliver training sessions, technical presentations, and workshops to clients and internal stakeholders. Ideal Candidate: Holds a degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering, with significant experience in water treatment technologies. Combines strong communication skills with a customer-centric mindset to translate complex challenges into practical solutions. Demonstrates hands-on field experience in commissioning, troubleshooting, or optimizing water treatment systems. Excels in cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
