- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on engineering or development experience with the ServiceNow platform. - ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) is mandatory. - Practical experience with Archer and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Demonstrated expertise in the implementation of ServiceNow capabilities. - Direct experience managing implementations within the ServiceNow platform. - Proven ability to define and track measurable outcome metrics to assess value delivery.
