What You’ll Do Build foundational ML models and APIs that drive credit decisions for next-gen fintech products Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle: research, experimentation, data labeling, training, deployment, and iteration Collaborate with a world-class technical team passionate about financial inclusion and impact What We’re Looking For Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks like Scikit-learn and XGBoost Full-stack ML mindset, from prototyping to production deployment Bonus: familiarity with AWS, Postgres, Snowflake, Kafka, or MLOps tools Compensation Competitive base: $150 – $250K Generous equity in a high-growth, venture-backed company
