We are looking for a passionate and skilled Machine Learning Software Engineer to join our Amazon Customer Service team, focusing on Shipping and Delivery Support. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our drivers' experience as they deliver packages to customers. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI systems utilizing state-of-the-art Generative AI (genAI) technologies and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will collaborate closely with applied scientists and research teams to productionalize ML models, emphasizing cutting-edge training techniques, optimizations, and customization capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Build efficient data processing pipelines. Develop ML model serving infrastructure for high-throughput and low-latency predictions. Implement multi-modal AI solutions. The ideal candidate will possess experience in deploying ML/LLM models, handling large-scale data processing, and delivering top-quality AI products. You should have exceptional technical expertise in Computer Science and outstanding communication skills to effectively engage with technical, scientific, and business stakeholders. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of professional software development experience. 2+ years of design or architecture experience with a focus on reliability and scaling of systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language. Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of experience throughout the software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
