About the Opportunity

Our client, a leading industrial manufacturer with a strong presence in the Pittsburgh region, is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join their operations team. This is a critical role focused on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for mechanical and electrical systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement process improvements and equipment upgrades.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation in compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Support capital projects and equipment installations as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
Familiarity with CMMS systems and lean manufacturing principles.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
