Job Overview

To maintain building operations via BAS (Building Automation System) and repair boiler equipment, steam systems, electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilating systems, according to established procedures, codes, and regulatory guidelines. Performs a variety of repairs utilizing various hand and power tools on trouble call work orders, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, biomedical maintenance, data runs, and maintenance of interior and exterior surfaces of the building including minor carpentry, painting, locksmithing, using proper personal protective equipment.

This position is full-time, night shift, non-exempt and benefits eligible. Must be available to work weekends. The pay range for this position is $50.59 - $71.42/hour. Compensation is determined based on relevant experience and department equity.
