Maintenance Engineer

Shift: 7:00Am to 4:00Pm / Monday to Friday
Responsibilites:
- Maintains a variety of mechanical equipment in good working order to prevent down time.
- Reads meters and gauges or automatic recording devices
- Maintains equipment by tightening fittings, repacking bearings, replacing belts, gaskets, motors
- Maintains Fire and Life Safety Inspection
- Observe equipment operation for potential issues, taking corrective action.
- Perform Preventive Maintenance
- Electrical Troubleshooting
- Repair Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical components
- Ballast Replacement and installation
- Test airflow and adjust dampers and vents to desired results.
- Ability to climb ladders and work at various heights
- Ability to use manual hand and power tools
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Work indoors and outdoors during all seasons and weather conditions
