Salary: $100K - $110K (DOE)

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer with hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding or forming processes, CAD proficiency, and preferably experience in the automotive sector. Native-level Japanese language ability and business-level English communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes involving injection molding or forming. Design or revise tools, fixtures, and jigs for improved production efficiency. Utilize 2D/3D CAD software for product and tool design. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, R&D, and Production. Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, cost, and delivery. Prepare technical documentation and reports in both Japanese and English. Requirements
Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. Solid knowledge and experience in injection molding or forming technologies . Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA). Native-level Japanese proficiency. Business-level English (written and spoken). Preferred Qualifications Experience in the automotive industry . Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and SPC. Familiarity with lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
