The Manufacturing Engineer develops and recommends cost effective processes that meet product and quality standards while driving continuous improvement across production. Description In the Manufacturing Engineer role, you will be responsible ** Develop and improve manufacturing processes for cost, quality, and efficiency Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and equipment issues Support new product launches, including process planning and team training Design and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipment Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and support capital planning Drive continuous improvement initiatives and visual management enhancements Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure process reliability and safety
