Create and refine manufacturing processes for precision CNC parts across multi-axis equipment
Collaborate with CAM programmers to support toolpath strategies, feeds/speeds, and machine setup optimization
Select tooling and fixturing for small- to medium-sized production runs involving exotic alloys and aluminum
Conduct time studies and implement continuous improvement measures to drive throughput and yield
Partner with quality and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and resolve deviations
Support the introduction of new parts and revisions, ensuring alignment with customer specifications and internal standards
Develop work instructions, SOPs, and best practices for setup and machining processes

Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years in a CNC-focused manufacturing engineering role, ideally within a precision machining environment
Familiarity with aerospace standards, ITAR compliance, and tight-tolerance components
Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T
Hands-on understanding of CNC machining, tooling setup, and process troubleshooting
Experience with Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar CAM platforms is a plus
A hands-on engineering role in a high-mix, low-volume production environment
Direct influence over process improvement, tooling strategies, and efficiency gains
