CNC Manufacturing Specialist

What You Bring:

  • 10+ years in CNC Manufacturing
  • Proven experience in medical device or orthopedic component machining/manufacturing (2-3+ axis milling)
  • Must have experience in following tight schedules / timelines pre-determined & identified via Project Plan
  • Must have hands on experience with equipment or must be able to guide or train someone. Really both..
  • Must have some understanding holding tight tolerance, adhering to strict quality planning
  • Must be able to balance ones workload, managing their contribution across more than one project at a time
  • Knowledge of coatings, finishes, and biocompatibility standards

What You'll Do:

  • They must understand cutting principals & what good looks like when it comes to CNC machining.
  • Develop processes for tight-tolerance, medical-grade parts
  • Design & build custom fixtures and tooling in SolidWorks
  • Apply advanced cutting tool strategies for faster, cleaner machining
  • Work under ISO 13485 / AS9100 quality standards for regulatory compliance

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
