We’re looking for a _hands-on, on-the-floor Manufacturing Engineer_ who thrives in a manufacturing environment and loves solving real-world problems with creative solutions. This role is all about _being in the action_—partnering with production teams, troubleshooting processes, and bringing new ideas to life on the floor. *Key Responsibilities:*
* Be a _floor-focused leader_—identify opportunities and implement improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and flow. * Provide direct support to production teams. Be the go-to problem solver for day-to-day manufacturing challenges. * Launch new product manufacturing processes from the ground up. This includes things like work cells, plan flow, and help bring designs to life. * Specify, source, and implement capital equipment, tools, and fixtures. * Create clear, simple, and effective job instructions that train and mentor production staff. * Design jigs, fixtures, and ergonomic tooling to make processes safer and more efficient. * Collaborate with Produce Designers and Development Engineers to ensure products are built for manufacturability (DFM). * Lead lean initiatives: line balancing, visual management, one-piece flow, and more.
*What You Bring to the Table:*
* Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, manufacturing engineering, or related field _preferred_. Equivalent experience with a proven track record is welcome. * 5+ years of hands-on engineering experience in a manufacturing environment. * Background in working directly with fabrication, welding, assembly, or fiberglass processes. * A creative, curious mindset that is always looking for better, faster, safer ways to get the job done. * CAD proficiency (2D and 3D) and a solid understanding of manufacturing drawings. * Experience with lean manufacturing tools and methodologies. * Strong communicator who works well across teams and promotes a positive, team-first culture.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
