Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer to support and lead key process improvements in our high-tech production facility. This is an onsite role based in Anaheim, CA, where you'll be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes, programming advanced machinery, and supporting cross-functional initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and throughput.

Key Responsibilities
•Design, implement, and improve scalable manufacturing processes.
•Program and support CNC lasers, press brakes, and Hurco machines using G-code.
•Utilize PEP software for production planning and scheduling.
•Collaborate with engineering, production, QA, and project management teams.
•Evaluate and implement new technologies and manufacturing equipment.
•Monitor key metrics and apply data-driven continuous improvement strategies.
•Troubleshoot equipment and resolve production issues in real-time.
•Create and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
•Lead Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
•Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
•Minimum 3 years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
•Proficient in programming Hurco machines and writing/editing G-code.
•Experience with CNC laser and press brake operations.
•Familiarity with PEP and ERP systems.
•Proficient in CAD/CAM software.
•Trained in AS9100, ISO, and ITAR compliance standards.
•Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
•Lean or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
