SUMMARY Create drawings and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software. Utilize FANUC based G-Code/M-Code and perform post-process editing. Determine the manufacturing process of a new product from the fixture/work holding stage to the finished product. Create and maintain tool list from CNC programs. Compare and update job standards. Assist in quoting manufactured jobs and engineer method of manufactured goods. Control budgets under new tooling purchases.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (including the following, however, other duties may apply.) Analyze and track manufactured parts for cost and continued improvement. Create and develop work instructions for all manufactured product. Working knowledge and understanding of machine tooling, proper usage and inserts and chip breaker function. Create and control process improvements for manufacturing engineering area. Quote parts and tooling for manufacturing area. Perform online programming (at a machine control) and offline programming (not on a machine control). Generate and maintain information in Excel or Word based off of CNC programs. General design concepts of fixture or work holding components. Comply with quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions. Generate CAD/CAM drawings of parts using supplied print and CAD/CAM software. Generate CNC programs from the CAD/CAM software and monitor all programs used in production for accuracy/efficiency. Generate and maintain tool list from CNC programs. Control the handling of CNC programs from the server to CNC machines. Monitor, document, and control any changes made to CNC programs. Create and maintain the part manufacturing processes. Review and close jobs as required by the manufacturing shipping schedule. Assist and aid the Manufacturing Manager. Other duties as assigned by the Manufacturing Manager.

CSJB Holdings, Inc. will investigate applicants background and qualifications for purposes of evaluating whether an applicant is qualified for the position for which they are applying. CSJB Holdings, Inc. will utilize an outside firm or firms to assist it in checking such information, and applicants specifically authorize such an investigation by information services and outside entities of the company's choice. Applicants may withhold their permission and that in such a case, no investigation will be done, and their application for employment will not be processed further.
