In this role, you will play a key part in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes and systems to enhance productivity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and develop corrective actions. Monitor and analyze production metrics to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures. Support the introduction of new products into manufacturing, ensuring a smooth transition. Provide technical support and training to production staff on new processes and equipment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience is required. Typically 5 to 7+ years' experience. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control methodologies. Proficient in CAD software and other engineering tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
