Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Plymouth, MN (100% Onsite) Duration: 6 Months Pay Range: $34/hr to $38/hr (On W2) We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join one of our Fortune 500 clients.

Job Summary

This position is intended for more of an entry level manufacturing engineer. The role will require time spent on the production floor doing hands-on troubleshooting and interacting with operators and support staff.

Job Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will focus on supporting our day-to-day production of introducers and the final packaging area as a frontline engineer. This includes analyzing and solving problems related to equipment and processes, improving existing processes, and responding to technical issues impacting production. Someone who can do production support, hands-on troubleshooting, and root cause problem solving. Additionally, other sustaining activities may include performing qualifications; acting as an SME for change implementation and training; and supporting projects that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skills.

Educations

Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineer, biomedical engineering, or related education; (Master degree is overqualified) 0-3 years of experience.

Nice to Have: Root cause & problem solving is a plus. OP/QP is a nice to have. Med Device is a plus.
