My client manufacturers products used by Medical Device and Aerospace OEMs nationwide. This position is based in Burlington, Massachusetts and it is on-site 5 days a week.
Job Description
The CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for: Researching and implementing cutting-edge industry methodologies for fabrication Developing and optimizing CNC programs, design fixtures, and create setup sheets Specifying machining parameters including part holding techniques, speeds, feeds, and tooling Verifying and validating programs prior to production release Assisting with machine setup and initial production runs Identifying and procuring special tooling to support part fabrication Creating and maintaining product and process specifications and related documentation Developing proficiency in programming, operation, and setup of various machining platforms Apply today for immediate consideration! The Successful Applicant
The successful CNC Manufacturing Process Engineer will have the following qualifications: Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 5+ years of experience working with CNC machinery High proficiency with at least two of the following CNC machines: EDM RAM, EDM Wire, Lathe, Mill, Mill-Turn, Swiss 3D CAD skills CAM programming expertise Experience with precision measurement tools (caliper, micrometer, OC and height gauge) What's on Offer Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package 401K with company match Full health insurance including medical, dental and vision Generous PTO 11 paid holidays Great company culture with room for growth!
