Description The Manufacturing Systems Engineer will play a key role in strengthening operational performance and driving continuous improvement across the production floor. Core responsibilities include: Oversee the launch of new manufacturing projects and drive improvements in existing processes. Create and optimize tooling and fixtures to support efficient production. Track and analyze production metrics like yield and scrap to identify improvement opportunities. Manage multiple projects, ensuring they're completed on schedule and meet safety and quality standards.
