Responsibilities:
- Design and engineer mechanical systems (HVAC and plumbing) using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Lead and manage projects from design through deliveryensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Create construction documents and technical reports for a wide range of building types, including:
- Commercial Offices
- K12 Schools
- Municipal Facilities
- Healthcare Buildings
- Multifamily Developments
- Conduct design reviews, resolve field issues, and collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and represent the company in client meetings.
- Support business development efforts by cultivating relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's a plus)
- Professional Engineer (PE) License Required
- Minimum 6 years of experience in HVAC and/or plumbing design and project management
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience with commercial and institutional building projects
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or TN Visa holder
