- We do a lot of industrial work, as well as work for ORNL. So, process piping is required.
- Design HVAC and Fire Protection systems using CAD software.
- Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and testing.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare technical documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
- 7-10 years of experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection systems, and general building codes
- Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, and HVAC analysis software (e.g., Trane TRACE, Carrier HAP)
- Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards.
