What you will be doing:
  • Provide engineering support for mature product lines, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Lead and implement design modifications to improve product performance, reduce cost, or address quality issues.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to resolve production challenges and improve yield.
  • Analyze field performance data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support regulatory compliance and documentation updates for existing products.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test procedures.
  • Provides qualifications for new/alternate vendors, components, and tooling.
  • Assists in validation of foreign-sourced competitive products.
  • Defines critical-to-quality dimensions and features of components and products.

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (required).
  • Zero to Five or more years of related experience.
  • CAD software experience is a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
