We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer who is ready to jump into complex projects, lead with technical excellence, and make an immediate impact. What You'll Do:

Develop custom hydronic system flush plans based on site conditions, specifications, and equipment limitations.
Conduct on-site visits to collect critical system data for planning and execution.
Partner with Sales and Estimating teams during project conceptualization phases.
Perform pump sizing and heat transfer calculations to ensure system efficiency.
Act as the primary technical contact for internal and external stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Identify operational or process inefficiencies and lead improvements that elevate execution and safety standards.
Ensure all work aligns with U.S. Export Control Laws and internal safety policies.

Who Are You:

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering.
5+ years of relevant engineering experience
Strong background in piping systems commissioning (hydronic flushing experience is a must)
Hands-on experience with large hydronic systems and/or data center construction (preferred).
Proficiency in piping and flow modeling software, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and project scheduling tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with a collaborative mindset.
Strong initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to mentor others.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Work Environment:

Based primarily in an office with regular field visits to job sites.
Exposure to mechanical noise, wet/humid conditions, fumes, and PPE-required environments.
Travel up to 25% of the time.
