Design, prototype, and test electro-mechanical systems with a focus on solenoid valve control circuits integrating motors, resistors, diodes, and battery systems. Support component selection and sourcing activities, ensuring compliance with OEM electrical, mechanical, and dimensional specifications. Conduct design reviews and evaluate part feasibility from both mechanical assembly and electrical integration perspectives. Plan and execute validation testing, analyze performance data, and implement assembly and design updates using MATLAB and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Develop and optimize laser welding parameters to achieve required mechanical load capacity and process consistency. Monitor production processes and investigate defects related to solenoid valve operation, laser welding quality, and integrated system performance. Review and validate testing protocols and specification conformance for electro-mechanical assemblies. Collaborate in the development of wiring harnesses and system interfaces for multi-solenoid assemblies that connect with vehicle-level electrical systems. Lead cross-functional meetings to track and resolve technical issues, manage open issue logs, and coordinate action plans. Conduct patent research and analysis to support product innovation and design differentiation.

Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
