This position is accountable for applying metallurgical knowledge in product development, process improvement, practice optimization, and problem-solving. The primary goal for this role is to provide technical expertise to ensure proper melting and continuously improve melt-phase results This position will develop solutions to metallurgical process problems and support and later grow into a positively influencer in our management team.
Trials,Customer Interaction,Metallurgy Experience with steel melting processes. 4 year degree strongly preferred in material sciences, metallurgical or chemical engineering. US Citizen or Perm Resident with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
