: Baptist Health is looking for a Messaging & Directory Services Engineer - Intermediate to join our team in Louisville. This role provides comprehensive support for our IAM platform, ensuring its optimal performance and reliability. This role involves a mix of operational systems support, customer support, and project and vendor management. Essential Duties: • Administrative and daily operational support of MDS systems. • Monitor and maintain health of MDS systems and associated workflows. • Auditing and reporting of resources associated to MDS systems. • Engage various vendors to receive support. • Stay current on departmental standards. • Provide direct end user support. • Create and maintain end user and team documentation. • Participate in on-call rotation. • Participate in organization-wide projects or initiatives involving MDS systems and team. • Collaborate with other areas of the business to understand needs and develop appropriate solutions. • Interact with various vendors to coordinate efforts. Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required Bachelor’s degree with three years' experience

5 plus years of job-related experience in lieu of degree
