Metallurgical Engineer
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Metallurgical Engineer to lead all metallurgical processes, ensure product quality, and support a safe work environment. This role serves as the bridge between management goals and the production floor.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all metallurgical processes and quality standards.
Resolve metallurgical hold issues.
Enforce safety policies and practices.
Communicate management goals to the workforce.
Lead team meetings and deliver presentations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives across production.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical or Materials Science.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Leadership mindset with the ability to build teamwork and resolve conflict.
Willingness to work across departments, shifts, and plant areas.
Working knowledge (or ability to learn) of ISO/TS standards.
Familiarity with production operations and equipment preferred.
Knowledge of safety procedures and company policies.
Ethical, dependable, and fair in team interactions.
