Role Overview: As a Mid-Level Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing business processes through innovative technology solutions. You will collaborate with Architects, Database Administrators, and the Information Services team to maintain and develop web applications. Key Responsibilities: Work in a collaborative team environment to design, develop, test, and maintain custom applications essential for our operations. Serve as a mentor to junior team members and assist in scoping technical work requests. Engage with business teams to clarify requirements and ensure needs are met. Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Other duties as assigned. What You Bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or related fields, or equivalent experience. Over 4 years of experience in .NET development and SQL Server or equivalent SQL development. Proficient in writing, testing, and debugging software applications. Experience with server-side languages like Java and frameworks such as Spring, or C# and .NET 5+. Skilled in client-side programming using Vue.js, ReactJS, or Angular. Familiarity with build/package/deploy tools like Gradle, Maven, NPM, or GitHub Actions. Proficient with relational databases such as SQL Server or Postgres. Experience with AWS cloud services and best architectural practices. Understanding of healthcare data and processes is a plus. Familiarity with automated testing and CI/CD is a plus. Experience with Kafka is a plus. Ability to work autonomously and resolve technical issues effectively. Excellent planning, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
