Mixed Signal Design Engineer, SI/PI Interface

Tenstorrent is looking for an expert in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and RF simulations to join our advanced silicon engineering team. In this role, you'll work closely with hardware and validation engineers to develop innovative solutions, shape layout guidelines, and ensure design excellence from simulation through measurement.
This role ishybrid, based out of Austin, TX.

Who You Are
- An expert in Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, and/or RF simulation with a passion for high-speed electronic design.
- Proactive in anticipating technical challenges and independently developing innovative solutions.
- Experienced in collaborating across silicon, hardware, and system validation teams to drive quality and integration.
- Detail-oriented and analytical, with a strong background in high-speed PCB and advanced package design.
What We Need
- Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or Physics) with 5-10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise with SI/PI/RF simulation tools and methodologies, including 2.5D/3D field extraction.
- Deep understanding of SI/PI theory, electromagnetics, thermal effects, and RF considerations for complex PCB/package design.
- Hands-on experience with electrical validation techniques and a strong familiarity with advanced measurement and analysis.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
