Base pay range $105,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Position Description Participate in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) activities using commercial MBSE tools to identify program requirements and relationships, and manage the execution of the systems engineering process, including interfaces, key performance parameters, operational concepts, logical architectures, and physical architectures. Develop technical documentation and system/subsystem specifications. Develop a data model incorporating best modeling practices and patterns from across the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE). Refine requirements for the data model products to include defining the sub-domains. Develop a model structure that supports the implementation of the resulting model product. Develop a Governance and Maintenance approach to enforce consistency, oversight, change and scaling of the product. Develop a populated domain model product (which may consist of multiple models depending on the proposed model structure). Research, test, evaluate, and develop modeling tools that promote automation and allow for future model capability.
