What You Will Do:

  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and manufacturing procedures
  • Work with manufacturing and design teams
  • Create 3D models from 2D blueprints
  • Create manufacturing work instructions based on the blueprints and models
  • Update ERP and PDM systems
  • Meet with customers regularly to monitor project health

Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Phoenix, AZ.

  • You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
  • Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, 10% of travel may be required.

Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

What You Will Bring:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, etc) or equivalent experience
  • Experience with NX required
  • Experience with SAP desired
  • 3-5 years minimum of relevant experience
  • Previous experience creating models within the aerospace industry desired
  • Previous experience in manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work in high stress, fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with GD&T concepts
  • Experience with Aerospace products or related products valued
  • Displays strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated capacity to meet aggressive deadlines while achieving excellent business results
  • Shows very strong written and oral communication skills to all stakeholders
  • Established ability to manage multiple complex projects at once
  • Experience working in multicultural environments and with others of diverse backgrounds preferred
  • Ability to resolve conflicting situations
  • Effective problem-solving skills
  • Substantial amounts of computer work
