Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.

Respond promptly to network-related tickets and escalations, providing effective and timely solutions.

Configure and manage small-business class firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Diagnose and resolve network issues employing proven troubleshooting techniques.

Implement network upgrades and modifications while minimizing service interruptions.

Work collaboratively with IT professionals across departments to enhance network performance.

Document network configurations, changes, and standard operating procedures meticulously.

Qualifications Required: A minimum of 5 years of experience with small-business class firewalls, switches, and wireless access points.

Strong familiarity with Ubiquiti products is highly advantageous.

Proven expertise in network configuration, management, and troubleshooting.

Thorough understanding of network security principles and practices.

Exceptional problem-solving abilities and capacity to perform under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to work independently in a remote setting while nurturing collaborative relationships.

Preferred: Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent.

Experience using network monitoring tools and software.

Familiarity with cloud networking solutions is a plus.
