JOB SUMMARY

As a Network Resident Engineer -Aruba, you will be an embedded member of the customer’s team, serving as the onsite networking expert. You will maintain, optimize, and align the customer’s Aruba-based infrastructure with best practices while supporting daily operations, migrations, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities Serve as the onsite subject matter expert for Aruba networking products, providing daily technical support and consultation. Conduct routine network checks to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with standards. Support network migrations, integrations, and upgrades. Update and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and operational processes. Collaborate with customer support teams to resolve issues efficiently. Proactively identify potential issues, monitor network health, and track task progress. Partner with key stakeholders to execute projects across all phases of the lifecycle. Required Qualifications Strong networking background with hands-on experience in Aruba portfolio: AOS 8, AOS 10, Aruba Central, Airwave, and ClearPass (SME level). Customer-facing consulting experience with excellent communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
