What Youll Do As a Mid-Level Software Engineer on the Workforce Management scrum team (part of the Global Back of Stores Agile Release Train), you will: Develop, test, and deploy features and services related to Workforce Management, with a strong focus on integrations and modernization. Lead the development and support of integrations between UKG Pro WFM and legacy systems using Dell Boomi. Design and configure systems to support operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and streamlined workflows. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Solution teams across U.S., Canada, and Europe. Troubleshoot technical issues and mentor junior engineers. Ensure all solutions align with corporate security, performance, and high availability standards. Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new technologies.
