What You’ll Do Design and develop innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable packaging solutions Evaluate and test packaging materials to ensure durability and compliance Optimize packaging processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency Collaborate across R&D, production, logistics, and marketing teams Analyze packaging costs and identify opportunities for savings Lead packaging projects from concept through implementation Support equipment design and commissioning to ensure packaging-machine compatibility Drive continuous improvement through data, documentation, and cross-functional leadership Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and environmental regulations Requirements: What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 5–8 years of experience in packaging design, preferably in food manufacturing Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and packaging software Familiarity with ISTA and ASTM standards Strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with sustainability initiatives and product lifecycle management Six Sigma Green/Black Belt is a strong plus A collaborative mindset and leadership presence Why Catania Oils?
